a few moments to do so. We have stringent policies in place to ensure that the
integrity of our games is never compromised. Also, please remember that poker is

What happens if I am disconnected while I'm playing?
If you are disconnected, your hand will be protected by an All-In, unless you
fold. Please see the list below for the ways that your hand can fold.
Administrators set a limit for the number of All-Ins in a 24-hour period to
prevent the feature from being abused. The All-In Counter is reset each day at
midnight.
Your hand will be folded if the following occurs:
- You leave the room in the middle of the hand.
- You leave the game by closing it i.e. by clicking the x in the upper
right hand corner of your screen
- You click the fold button, either on purpose or by accident
- You Time Out i.e. you do not respond to your turn within 20 seconds

How am I affected if a hand restarts?
On occasion, a hand that appears to have started (as indicated by the shuffle
of the cards and the call to post blinds) will stop and restart. This will
always be announced in the poker room and it will never affect your poker
account. Any blinds or bets that were posted or made in the incomplete hand will
not be taken from the players' accounts.

sophisticated software to detect suspicious player activity. Players who are
found to engage in collusion will be immediately and permanently suspended from
Poker Rewards and the Poker Network.

Why am I disconnected from the game and/or my screen freezes?
Disconnections usually occur as a result of a poor or inconsistent connection
to the Internet. The Internet often reroutes information in times of heavy
traffic causing delays. In an interactive game, such as poker, the system may
interpret a delay as signifying that a player has quit the game. In this
instance, you will be disconnected and you may receive an error message from
your computer. You will not always receive such a message sometimes it will
simply appear that the game has stopped.
